The RV Franklin expedition (2/88) was conducted in early 1988 in the Gulf of Carpentaria. The Cruise summary provides full details on station locations, and samples collected. Water samples were collected using a CTD rosette sampler equiped with 20 L Niskin bottles, with sediments by a Smith-MacIntyre grab. Experimental protocols for analyses undertaken are provided in the publlished AJMFR paper (see below). Data herein include - - Excel files of fatty acid data - S = sediments, P = particulates (obtained by filtration using glass fibre filters) - PDF file of stable isotope data.
