This collection includes each of the climate variables (including quantile-based extremes) and predicted plant species distributions (37) generated as part of the manuscript titled 'Climate extreme va... moreriables generated using monthly time-series data improve predicted distributions of plant species' (Stewart et al. 2020a; doi: 10.1111/ecog.05253).less

This collection includes spatially delineated ecosystem types for the Central Highlands Region of Victoria as published by Fedrigo et al. (2019; see link). Two datasets are provided: 1) the Predictive... more Ecosystem Mapping (PEM) model derived by applying rulesets to a lidar-derived classification and distribution models for key species that delineate ecosystems in the region, and 2) the Victorian Ecological Vegetation Classes (EVCs) reclassified to align with those used in the study. The PEM model delineates the ecotone (cool temperate mixed forest) between cool temperate rainforest and Eucalypt forest across the Central Highlands Region of Victoria as defined in the manuscript.
