Microarray data Melita mode of action study
This is a MIAME compliant collection of the microarray data associated with a study of mode of contaminant action in the amphipod Melita plumulosa. The goal of the study was to determine whether amphipods exposed to different environmental contaminants at levels that cause reproductive toxicity generate different gene expression profiles. We used... more a custom Agilent microarray (#045857) to measure gene expression. The primary finding was that exposure to different contaimints generates unique gene expression profiles and that these profiles match the known mode of toxic action for these contaminants. less
