Soil moisture data from QCAT Fleck testbed network
Soil Moisture data obtained from a Decagon ECH2O soil moisture echo sensor. The measurements were taken during testing in 2009. QCAT is a CSIRO facility in the suburb of Pullenvale in Brisbane, Australia.

The data was obtained during testing of the Fleck(TM) platform. The sensor was a Decagon ECH2O Echo Soil Moisture sensor connected digitally to the Fleck. The sensor was located in an above ground pot full of loosely packed soil. The sensor was oriented pointing down, with the cable of the sensor protruding the surface of the soil.
