About this Collection

Tropically Adapted Cattle Semen Collection (1979-2011)

Collection contains semen from bulls from the Boran-Tuli Importation Program in 1991 and part of the Belmont Beef Breeding Program from the late 1970s through to 2011. The collection comprises several thousand straws associated with the development of tropically adapted Bos taurus and Bos indicus cattle.
