A critical insight into the lack-of-fusion pore structures in additively manufactured stainless steel - Web3D online view
DCM (data-constrained modelling) 3D visualizations of representative lack-of-fusion with spatter particles (LOF-SPs) for low (ρ = 98.3%), medium (ρ = 99.1%), and high (ρ = 99.7%) density samples using the DCM non-linear optimization approach which treats each voxel as having a fraction of all material components of the system. The frac... moretional amounts were consistent with X-ray CT derived linear attenuation coefficients which were optimized voxel by voxel based on the Boltzmann statistical distribution. less
