Pacific oyster SNP Genetic Diversity
The genotypes were collected using an Axiom SNP array. The provenance of the samples, methodology for data collection and the quality control is given in detail in Kijas et al (2019).

SIP 254 FY18 - Functional Annotation of Salmon Genome
The project sought to benchmark levels of genetic diversity within a population of Australian Pacific oysters, and make a preliminary assessment about options to implement genomic selection.
Others were also interested in
