About this Collection

Peak detection and alignment of GCMS data

This collection contains the peak detection and alignment results of: -- plasmodium falciparum CHMI trial -- plasmodium vivax CHMI trial -- healthy control experiment The peaks were extracted from csv files contained in https://data.csiro.au/dap/landingpage?pid=csiro:38977 For each data set, the original data is either used as raw and/or normali... more

About this Project

Novel sensor and biomarkers for diagnosis of malaria using human breath

The project aimed to validate the utility of the thioether compounds for diagnosis of diverse and naturally acquired malaria infections. We aimed to repeat a research clinic-based breath collection experiment in one of the ongoing Controlled Human Malaria Infection studies, with a much-increased density of breath collection.
