Peak detection and alignment of GCMS data
This collection contains the peak detection and alignment results of:
-- plasmodium falciparum CHMI trial
-- plasmodium vivax CHMI trial
-- healthy control experiment
The peaks were extracted from csv files contained in https://data.csiro.au/dap/landingpage?pid=csiro:38977
For each data set, the original data is either used as raw and/or normali... moresed by the standard chemical 2-Hexanone (measured at the beginning of each day). For peak detection, a noise threshold of 10 was used on all data sets. For the CHMI trials, the breath data and ambient air data were processed separately. less

Peak detection and alignment processes were described in Berna et al. (https://doi.org/10.1088/1752-7163/aadbbb). The code for peak detection is available at https://github.com/rosalind-wang/GCPeakDetection
