GCMS and GC-QTOF-MS samples from instrument stability and thioether stability trials
This data was collected as part of studies to investigate (1) the stability of mass analyser instruments over a period of several weeks and (2) the stability of thioethers undergoing storage at various termperatures over a period of several weeks.
The data in this collection are GC-QTOF-MS file, with extension .D, which is proprietary to the comp... moreany Agilent. The software "MassHunter", which is available to those who own any Agilent GC, LC or MS equipment, can be used to open these files. less

Novel sensor and biomarkers for diagnosis of malaria using human breath
The project aimed to validate the utility of the thioether compounds for diagnosis of diverse and naturally acquired malaria infections. We aimed to repeat a research clinic-based breath collection experiment in one of the ongoing Controlled Human Malaria Infection studies, with a much-increased density of breath collection.
GCMS and GC-QTOF analysis of standard chemicals; and GC-QTOF analysis of thioethers.
