About this Project

OCE Postdoctoral Fellowship Ruhi Humphries


As part of the work commissioning the RV Investigator's atmospheric capability, the ability to distinguish between the ship's own exhaust (from diesel combustion and waste incineration) and background air was required. A robust algorithm was developed to identify the exhaust based on ongoing measurements from the Investigator.
